State Fair Beer
No visit to the fair is complete without a sweet treat, AND a craft beer, so why not have both? Get your fix of [redacted] (the name is trademarked—but think “small-ish donuts” from the fair) with our [Redacted] Cream Ale, or cool off with our newest MELT: Rainbow Sherbet—a smoothie sour packed with lemon, lime, guava, cara cara orange, tart cherry, raspberry, and vanilla.

The original name is already trademarked, so we gave it a new one. Light malt sweetness and hints of vanilla blend with subtle cinnamon and creamy milk sugar for a classic fair-treat vibe. It’s like a warm bag of fairground [redacted] in a pint glass.

MELT: Rainbow Sherbet
Our latest installment in our wildly popular smoothie sour series, this iteration features massive additions of Lemon, Lime, Guava, Cara Cara Orange, Tart Cherry, Raspberry, and vanilla to create a smoothie in beer form.

House-made Mini Donut syrup topped with whipped cream and bruleed cinnamon sugar.

Mocha sauce swirled with our house-steeped cold brew, topped with vanilla cold foam and a cookie.

Refreshing watermelon juice mixed with black tea and lemonade.
