New Zealand Pilsner dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin Hops.

Cascade Smash

This pale ale is a throwback to the original American Pale Ales of the late 90's. We used a simple recipe of Rahr Pale Ale malt and Cascade hops. A light dry hop adds a citrus nose to the the bready malt character. This beer finishes with a bright, clean bitterness.

An American IPA paying homage to the great beers of the 90's and 2000's. Traditional american ale yeast with "old school" hops of Cascade and Centennial that remind us of simpler times.

Irish Stout

Jet black with a tan head, this beer has aromas of chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt with a nice floral earthiness. The body is creamy and medium light, not thick, and tastes slightly sweet with chocolate, roasted malt, and earthiness taking over the show. The finish is dry and a little bit acidic with a mildly lingering roasted character.

Irish Red

This beer is deep red in color and has aromas of herbs, stone fruit, and a hint of pleasant earthiness. Upfront, the taste is malty with predominant notes of biscuit and caramel and a touch of bitterness and the finish is clean and refreshing. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a nice rounded softness from the wheat.
