A crystal clear Kolsch brewed in honor of our annual Kolschfest party, celebrating this great beer style that originates from Cologne (Koln), Germany. For Kolschfest we serve this beer in the traditional Cologne style stange (slim, small glasses) and replace them when empty until signaled not to. Prost!

Centennial Smash

Our latest pale ale is a throwback to the original American Pale Ales of the late 90's. We used a simple recipe of Rahr Pale Ale malt and Centennial hops. A light dry hop adds a citrus nose to the the bready malt character. This beer finishes with a bright, clean bitterness.

The original OMNI IPA. Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cascade hops along with munich malt make this IPA more balanced than most. Receiving the most votes as part of our 10 returning beers for 10 years community vote, you’ll see why there are so many incessant inquiries concerning its on/off again absence from our tap lines.

An American IPA paying homage to the great beers of the 90's and 2000's. Traditional american ale yeast with "old school" hops of Cascade and Centennial that remind us of simpler times.
