Our latest in a line of beers where we explore new hops and obscure references of the great jester, Will Ferrell. The First Step is Always Rollerblading features two new to OMNI varieties from New Zealand called Hort 9909 and Nectaron. These hops give the beer waves of tropical fruit aromas and flavors.

Cascade Smash

This pale ale is a throwback to the original American Pale Ales of the late 90's. We used a simple recipe of Rahr Pale Ale malt and Cascade hops. A light dry hop adds a citrus nose to the the bready malt character. This beer finishes with a bright, clean bitterness.

An American IPA paying homage to the great beers of the 90's and 2000's. Traditional american ale yeast with "old school" hops of Cascade and Centennial that remind us of simpler times.

Sweetness

Our very first stout, this OMNI original is unique in that we brewed it without any milk sugar. The black and chocolate malts give this stout a coffee, nutty, chocolatey flavor, melding together to create the ultimate sweetness.
