A smooth, easy-drinking cream ale. Light malt sweetness and hints of vanilla blend with subtle cinnamon and creamy milk sugar, creating a dessert-like aroma without overwhelming the crisp, refreshing finish.

Our latest pale ale is a throwback to the original American Pale Ales of the late 90's. We used a simple recipe of Rahr Pale Ale malt and Centennial hops. A light dry hop adds a citrus nose to the the bready malt character. This beer finishes with a bright, clean bitterness.
