Cascade Smash

This pale ale is a throwback to the original American Pale Ales of the late 90's. We used a simple recipe of Rahr Pale Ale malt and Cascade hops. A light dry hop adds a citrus nose to the the bready malt character. This beer finishes with a bright, clean bitterness.

Our latest in a line of beers where we explore new hops and obscure references of the great jester, Will Ferrell. I Brought You Flours features Nelson Sauvin, Amarillo and Mosaic Cryo hops. These hops give this beer sweet citrus aromatics with a complex flavor featuring notews of berries, sweet fruit and white wine.

Traditional German Doppelbock brewed with German caramel and roasted malts for a deep amber color and full-bodied malt character from start to finish. We fermented this beer extra cold and lagered extra long to smooth out the higher alcohol content, making this big beer surprisingly approachable.

Irish Stout

Jet black with a tan head, this beer has aromas of chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt with a nice floral earthiness. The body is creamy and medium light, not thick, and tastes slightly sweet with chocolate, roasted malt, and earthiness taking over the show. The finish is dry and a little bit acidic with a mildly lingering roasted character.
