For Kolschfest we serve this beer in the traditional Cologne style stange (slim, small glasses) and replace them when empty until signaled not to. Prost!

Centennial Smash

Our latest pale ale is a throwback to the original American Pale Ales of the late 90's. We used a simple recipe of Rahr Pale Ale malt and Centennial hops. A light dry hop adds a citrus nose to the the bready malt character. This beer finishes with a bright, clean bitterness.
