Black is Beautiful, our first pastry stout, was part of a brewing community initiative highlighting racial injustices. Inspired by German Chocolate Cake, it features pecans, vanilla, and cacao. Similar to our founding principle, this collaboration beer represents that all are welcome at OMNI, and everyone belongs.

Traditional German Doppelbock brewed with German caramel and roasted malts for a deep amber color and full-bodied malt character from start to finish. We fermented this beer extra cold and lagered extra long to smooth out the higher alcohol content, making this big beer surprisingly approachable.
