Irish Stout

Jet black with a tan head, this beer has aromas of chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt with a nice floral earthiness. The body is creamy and medium light, not thick, and tastes slightly sweet with chocolate, roasted malt, and earthiness taking over the show. The finish is dry and a little bit acidic with a mildly lingering roasted character.

The First Step is Always Rollerblading features two new to OMNI varieties from New Zealand called Hort 9909 and Nectaron. These hops give the beer waves of tropical fruit aromas and flavors.
