Vendor Details
If you’re interested in hosting a pop-up or looking to host your own vendor event in our private event space, you may book the space using the link below:
Please note: To ensure the space is well-utilized and that vendors are committed to actively promoting their events and driving attendance, we do require our vendors to pay our normal event space fee to book the room.
By booking our private event space, you acknowledge and agree that you are the only vendor utilizing the event space that day. You are not permitted to book or invite other vendors to your event without the written approval in an email from an OMNI employee.

The OMNI Logo
You are allowed and encouraged to tell your customers that your event will be hosted at OMNI Brewery & Taproom. If you would like include an image for OMNI in any of your marketing materials, please use the image located here.
This is the only acceptable logo if you’ll be including OMNI branding in any marketing material. Any rotation, resizing, cropping, or recoloring is prohibited.
Social Media
Please reference/tag the social media handles/profiles below if you’re tagging us or mentioning us in content.
We have THREE taproom locations: Maple Grove, Rosemount, and Victoria, along with a Winery & Event Center. To avoid causing confusion for your customers and ours, please ensure you are tagging or mentioning the correct location.

Messaging
If you’d like to say more about OMNI, you are welcome to. We ask that you please refer to us using our full business name to ease any confusion with your customers. There are several other businesses named “Omni” in the Twin Cities. We are not the hotel. Using our full taproom name helps to solve that confusion and avoids the need for you to respond to messages from your customers wondering where your event is.

Marketing Support
Please see below for how we support/our approach to vendor events.
- We DO accept co-host requests on Facebook
- We do not create, share, or collaborate on any social content
- We do not include vendor events or graphics in our newsletters/email marketing
- We do not post vendor events to our website
Ticketing
Please see below for the approved list of ticketing methods if your event requires them for participation.
Private Event Space Capacity: 48 Seated, 48 Standing
- Approved ticketing methods: Eventbrite, Facebook, or company website
- NON-approved ticketing methods: Venmo
- If your event is ticketed, you MUST put the following disclaimer in the Facebook event: “OMNI is not liable or responsible for ticketing or refunds of tickets. All questions should be directed at (company name).”
