OMNI Vendor Fee

This fee serves as a deposit for the use of our private event space. Upon payment, the space will be reserved for your event for the agreed upon timeframe.
This purchase serves as your deposit and reservation. If OMNI must cancel your event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. However, any other cancelation is non-refundable.
By paying, you agree:
- That your event is not politically affiliated or motivated and that if it’s discovered to be politically affiliated or motivated, OMNI reserves the right to cancel my event at any time.
- That you will not bring, or allow guests of your event to bring, any outside alcoholic beverages onto the premise.
- That you will be held liable for any unusual damages to the space or its contents.
- That any decorating you do for your private event will conform to fire and safety codes, that you will not use glitter or confetti, and that painter’s tape will be used for any wall decorations requiring adhesive.
- That any setup for your event must be done within the allocated time block of your reservation.
- To indemnify and hold harmless OMNI, its members, and its managers for any costs incurred, including attorney’s fees, arising as a result of any injury to person or damage of property, or any other claim whatsoever resulting from your use of the premise.
