Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of Minnesota aged 18 or older.
To enter without purchase, fill out the form located below with your contact information. The contest winner will be contacted via email.
- ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of OMNI Brewing Co. (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
- AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD Runs August 11, 2025 at 7:00 a.m. CT through September 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Entries received outside this period are void.
- HOW TO ENTER
- Purchase Method: Each purchase of a coffee flight at OMNI Brewery & Taproom during the Sweepstakes Period constitutes one sweepstakes entry. No limit on purchase-based entries. Purchase does not improve chances of winning.
- Free Method of Entry (AMOE): Submit one entry per person via the Google Form located at this link. No purchase, payment, or product required. No limit on free entries. Entries must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, or inaccurate entries. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor**.**
- ALTERNATE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) To comply with Minnesota and federal law, entrants may enter without purchase by completing the Google Form located here. Completion of this form constitutes one entry. Repeat submissions allowed (one per person, per form submission). Limitless in number, matching the entries available via purchase.
- PRIZE AND ODDS One grand prize winner will receive a $1,000 Delta gift card, redeemable for flights in accordance with Delta’s rules. Approximate retail value is $1,000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (purchase entries plus free entries). The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor ****to use winner’s name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from the Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION One winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor on or about September 25, 2025 from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within one (1) day following the winner selection. The digital gift card will be delivered via email attachment. If the winner fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of award notification, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk email or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release as required within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
- ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION Sponsor will use personally identifying information only to administer the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. No opt-in required beyond entry; participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
- TERMS Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, and to void entries for any reason. By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to receive marketing emails periodically from Sponsor. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
- PUBLICITY By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By entering you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, directors, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this sweepstakes from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur arising out of or relating to, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry or entry collection process, and (iii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules. Minnesota Statute § 325F.755 requires clear disclosure of rules, odds, prize value, and the fact that purchase does not improve entry odds—this is hereby complied with.
- DISPUTES THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL MATTERS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO IT, WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR STATUTE, ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAWS DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Hennepin County, Minnesota having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
