Each year, we release old favorites and new creations for you to stock up on and enjoy while you hibernate at home during the long Minnesota winter.
This year, we’ll have a whole host of releases on tap, six of which will only be available in limited edition to-go bottles, with the others being available in crowlers only.
The six bottled releases can be purchased individually or as part of our “Variety Box.”
The Variety Boxes are the best way to guarantee you walk away with all six bottles. They’ll also come with two 6.5 oz Hibernation-branded teku glasses, all in a custom Hibernation-branded box.

We’re releasing some big, bold, barrel-aged beers this Hibernation. All of them will be on tap on December 6th!
Plus, 6 of them will come in bottles (and every Hibernation Variety Box comes with all 6 of these beers, which means it’s the best way to make sure you get your own bottles before they run out). The others will be available on the day of the party in take-home crowlers.

Our classic English-style Barleywine, aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels. And that’s a trebuchet, not a catapult.
Black is Beautiful

Imperial stout aged for 12 months in Willet Bourbon barrels, then conditioned on vanilla, cacao nibs, and pecans.

A Belgian double is a stronger, more delicious brown ale. The Belgian triple is a stronger, more delicious double. This is a Belgian quadruple, aged for 8 months in Skaalven Bourbon barrels. Draw your own conclusions.
El Oso Loco

An imperial milk stout that we conditioned on vanilla, cinnamon, cacao nibs, and pasilla peppers. Spiced hot chocolate, but make it a beer.
Omnipotent

OMNI’s original Scotch ale, aged for over 12 months in Willet Bourbon barrels. It’s strong. Very strong.

An imperial smoked oatmeal porter, aged for 12 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels. What every bowl of oatmeal wants to be when it grows up.
